Yonela Kubukeli is ACT’s Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience in administration, customer service and people-focused roles. Yonela holds a BCom degree in Marketing Management from MANCOSA, graduating in 2003, and has more than ten years of experience in the retail industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and service delivery and continued to build her passion for people.
Since joining Act Cape Town in 2025, Yonela has become an integral and much-loved part of our team. Often one of the first people you meet as you arrive on campus, Yonela is always ready to lend a helping hand. Whether she is greeting existing students, assisting parents or helping a first-time visitor find their way, her approachable nature and genuine interest in the people around her make her a familiar and valued presence. Yonela takes great pride in being part of the ACT community and in creating an environment where students, staff and visitors feel seen and valued, bringing positive energy to our campus every day.
